THE RUDOLPH
DECEMBER 2024 - MAY 2025
The Rudolph was my first timepiece that I designed for my brand, Elm Street Watches. It is a sleek stainless steel timepiece inspired by the Haas Arts Library and Paul Rudolph Hall at Yale University. It fuses vintage sport-watch cues with the Bauhaus and Brutalist influences of the Art and Architecture Building. The prototyping of The Rudolph consisted of 3D modeling and printing the dial to then install it and test it to determine optimal proportions.
THE GREEN
AUGUST 2024 - MAY 2025
The Green was the second installation to the Elm Street Watches line. Its design features a traditional dive watch style with a minimal imprint of the New Haven Green and 9 Squares. The timepiece is offered on either a steel bracelet or canvas nato strap.
THE TOOLWATCH
DECEMBER 2024 - AUGUST 2025
The Toolwatch features my first skeletonized watch dial, with the movement of the watch exposed for viewing. The watch is based on the Marcel Breuer building on Yale's campus–the Becton Center–and the maker space inside of it–the CEID. The Toolwatch is a showcase of the many interdisciplinary projects that take place inside of the CEID.
VERITAS SEARCH
& ESW
MAY 2025 - SEPTEMBER 2025
These two timepieces were my first collaboration with another student organization. The Veritas Search, who coordinate a campus-wide scavenger hunt across Yale's campus, helped me bring to life this vintage-inspired set of watches. The gold cased watch was gifted to the first three winners of the hunt, while the titanium cased model were sold at a limited quantity of 15 units.
BULLDOGS RACING:
BR25 LIVERY
BR25 LIVERY
DECEMBER 2024 - MAY 2026
Inspired by the liveries of 80's BMW Le Mans and Rally cars, the Bulldogs Racing livery calls upon retro styling while looking forward with its all-electric powertrain. We brought the BR25 to the New Hampshire Motor Speedway from April 26th - May 1st, 2026 and placed 6th out of 21 electric teams.
My role as the Media Lead of the team was to design and paint the livery of the car. I spent 3 weeks prepping the carbon fiber bodywork of the car, masking and painting the tri-color stripes of the livery, and designing and cutting our numbers and sponsor decals.
